Is there an age restriction to do the helicopter tours?
No. There is no age restrictions for our tours, however, because we are regulated under Transport Canada, it is required that all children 2 and over be in their own designated seat and seatbelt.
What is the cancellation policy?
One of our most frequently asked questions, we are very flexible and try to work as closely with our customers as possible. We do require 24 hours notice of a cancellation so we may have time to re-sell the timeslot. Where at all possible, we will reschedule your tour to a different date or time if you need to cancel. If a rescheduling is not possible we are more than happy to fully refund with a 24 hour notice. There is no fee for rescheduling or cancellation.
Are Passports Required for any of the tours?
No. Although our tours go into U.S. airspace, because all our tours depart and finish at our Gananoque location, therefore no passports are required.
Does the 1000 Islands Tour (10 min. duration) include Boldt Castle?
Our 10 minute 1000 Islands Tour does not tour over Boldt Castle. Our Boldt Castle Tour, Two Castle Tour and Works Tour all highlight Boldt Castle.
Is the commentary available in other languages?

Several of our pilots are also fluent in French. For several other languages we provide pre-recorded commentary. This is available in English, French, Spanish, German, Mandarin and Japanese.
